I just don't think Channel 9 is going to grow much more until they get

It's an interesting observation. I mean, I like the technical interviews, especially by the architect types like Anders & Amanda & Eric Meyers. But the rest are like... whatever... Maybe you just need big balls (non-gender euphemism) to ask the kind of questions that could get you fired. Those might not be more insightful, but certainly more entertaining.
Or take On10 for example. At the start, 10 actually tried to cover non-MS stuff too. But after several retoolings, it's mostly a MS shop now.
C9 has more of a PR feel to it, which I've said many times, it's not a bad 2-letter words. But reading that wikipedia entry on C9 where it says something about being outside of PR and marketing, it's not about those 5 guys anymore.
C9 has definitely evolved. Some people like it, some don't. But when you have visibility at the Bill Gates level, you just can't be the bad-boy rebel anymore.
