My current job is extremely interesting in regards to this "women" issue. As a company, it easily has more than 60% women. These are women who's been w/ the company for 15 yrs.
In the IT area, many women made their way up there, without formal training, like a C.S. degree... to positions of programmers, DBAs...
I'm still pondering the whole situation... it's very interesting how the whole thing comes about...
